What is involved with the coaching process?
Individual coaching takes place one-on-one. You and your coach participate in private, 1-hour sessions where your agenda, and your progress, are the primary topics of discussion. This allows all attention to be focused on you and the goals you have set forth. Appointments are kept completely confidential. Your meetings with your coach are always completely confidential. Any information you share with your coach is maintained in the strictest confidence.
How does it work?
Simple! We start the coaching relationship by developing your vision for your business, then establishing a plan of action. This plan forms the core of our coaching agenda. Group coaching is available if you would prefer to have advisers or coworkers involved in the process. Upon request, confidential assessments, including the DISC Behavioral Profile are conducted and interpreted. You direct the balance of our time around other business issues that arise, or around personal issues that affect your professional success. As you can see, it is very much a team effort.
