I'm Jim Alvilhiera, President and Head Coach of Transformational Business Coaching. When I graduated college, I had no idea what I would really end up being when I grew up. I had hopes, dreams and aspirations like you but no real sense of how to attain them. Like most people I spent my first few years trying to make it on my own figuring the merits of my work would differentiate me from the crowd. I must say I had more than a few disappointments using that strategy. Then I was fortunate enough to find a mentor; a successful person who was willing to spend one-on-one time with me. I quickly learned what my strengths and weakness really are. I was shown the power of networking and provided the guidance and support I needed while I was growing personally and professionally at a phenomenal rate. That single experience has guided my career since and is the foundation on which I have built TBC. It was in short, a defining moment in my life.
